Deputies contacted a subject who was on probation and subject to search and seizure. The subject refused to comply with orders and actively resisted the deputies. A deputy displayed the CEW and the subject stopped resisting. The subject was arrested and booked into MCJ.

While assisting CHP with a minor traffic collision, a group of subject attempted to surround a Sergeant. Fearing for his safety, the Sergeant displayed a CEW to keep the group away from him. The display of the CEW had the desired effect. The primary aggressor was arrested and booked into MCJ.
