On June 10^th, 2019 Patrol Deputies from the Marin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residential burglary in Marin City, CA. Deputies found evidence at the scene which led to identification of a possible suspect.

On June 20^th, 2019, Marin County Sheriff’s Office Detectives were watching an apartment complex in the Sacramento area.  Emani Kijoni Gordon was arrested without incident after he was seen leaving an apartment. Gordon is suspected to have committed additional burglaries in recent months.

Gordon currently has two separate Marin County criminal cases pending; Burglary-Residential and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. In both of those cases he posted bail and had been out of custody, therefore Detectives sought a $250,000 arrest warrant charging him with burglary and committing a felony while out on bail.

Gordon was booked into the Marin County Jail on the following charges:

• 459 PC – Burglary
• 12022.1 PC – Committing a felony while out on bail
