Crime Data

The Marin County Sheriff's Office is publishing near live time reported crime data.  The above map represents reported crimes from January 1, 2018 to the current date.  To see a particular area in detail, simply zoom or move the map to your area of interest.  In addition, should you wish to view more specific data, or to manipulate and/or download data, you may do so by clicking on the link below.  The link will take you to the Marin County Open Data Portal where you can examine the data as you wish.  The Open Data Portal contains data from January 1, 2013.


Uniform Crime Statistics

The UCR Program is a voluntary city, university and college, county, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement program that provides a nationwide view of crime based on the submission of statistics by law enforcement agencies throughout the country.
