On 12/21/23 Marin County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Timmothy Jason Pisani  (50 yrs old ) of Novato for possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), formerly known as child pornography. The arrest resulted from a seven-month long investigation which originated with a cyber tip from the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Special Victims Unit detectives wrote and served numerous search warrants on electronic service providers and cloud storage servers, developing probable cause to believe Pisani possessed CSAM. Additional search warrants were served on 12/21/23 at Pisani’s home, on his vehicle and his person. After his arrest,  Pisani was booked into the Marin County Jail and released after he posted bail.
