Deputies were dispatched to a report of a physical fight in progress. A deputy located 4 subjects in the area. They were ignoring a Sergeant’s commands. The subjects were concealing their hands and not complying with lawful orders. A deputy displayed a CEW and the subjects complied without any significant use of force. The subjects were later released at the scene at the completion of the investigation.

Deputies had arrested a subject for 245 PC. While in an interview room, the arrestee destroyed Sheriff's Office property and threatened to assault staff. A CEW was displayed and the arrestee complied with orders and was handcuffed. The subject was booked for 245(A)(1) PC, 594 PC and 69 PC.
