Deputies were dispatched to a investigate a suspicious person at a residence who may have been in violation of a restraining order. On arrival, deputies contacted a subject who became uncooperative. The subject refused to submit to a pat search and would not remove his hands from his pockets. The subject became combative and violently resisted. Control holds, distraction strikes and 2 CEW deployments had little effect. 3 deputies were eventually able to detain and arrest the suspect.
