Joseph Calabrese is a deputy sheriff for the Marin County Sheriff's Office and was recognized at the Board of Supervisors for being selected "Employee of the Month" for the County of Marin.  Deputy Joseph Calabrese is, in a word, amazing!  Joe is currently assigned to the Detentions Service Bureau and works in the Marin County Jail.  The Marin County Jail is a complex facility that requires daily attention to keep the facility safe and secure for the inmates, staff and the public.

Joe is trustworthy, reliable and straightforward.  He is a dedicated employee who is respected not only by his colleagues, but also by the inmates and public.  We are fortunate to have Joe as a deputy sheriff as he demonstrates on a daily basis a commitment to partnering with our communities to provide leadership and excellence in public safety.  Congratulations Joe for being chosen "Employee of the Month" as it is well deserved.
