Robin Blanchard is a Program Coordinator for the Marin County Sheriff's Office and was recognized today at the Board of Supervisors for being selected "Employee of the Month" for the County of Marin.  Robin is an outstanding employee that oversees the Programs Division at the Marin County Jail.  Robin prides herself in helping others and creating good relationships with the volunteers, while maintaining a cohesive team environment.  Robin is respected amongst the volunteers as she takes the time to implement new ideas into inmate programming in the jail.

Robin is known for her positive energy and encouragement which has helped in creating an environment that promotes confidence and other important life skills.  Robin has received thank you letters and personal visits from former inmates, thanking her for believing in them.  For those inmates that there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel, Robin will provide the beacon of hope.  Robin is dedicated to her co-workers, the volunteers and the inmates.  The Marin County Sheriff's Office is proud of Robin's achievement as she demonstrates on a daily basis; Partnership.
