San Rafael Park Homicide Victim Identified

The decedent has been positively identified as:        

Errol Matthew FRIEDMAN, a 21-year-old male from San Anselmo, CA.

On Monday, December 3, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m. the San Rafael Police Department received reports of a possible shooting incident, which occurred at Pickleweed Park, located at 50 Canal Street, San Rafael.  San Rafael Police Department Officers arrived on the scene a short time after and located a young male adult inside a vehicle, with an apparent gunshot wound.  The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by First Responders.  San Rafael Police Department Detectives are investigating this incident as a homicide. 

The decedent has been positively identified as:        

Errol Matthew FRIEDMAN, a 21-year-old male from San Anselmo, CA.
