On March 31st, 2018 around 1:48PM in the afternoon, Deputies responded to a physical altercation in unincorporated Mill Valley. Deputies arrived and located the victim of an assault. During the investigation, Deputies determined two males with whom the victim was familiar came to the victim’s residence. They were let inside the residence and physically assaulted the victim. The victim sustained minor injuries during the altercation and had personal property taken.
Deputies learned the two suspects were from the town of Sonoma. MCSO contacted the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department and requested they attempt to locate the suspects in this case. Around 8:00 PM, Deputies from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Elisha Reyes, a 25 year old male from Sonoma and Hosea Reyes, a 22 year old male from Sonoma. Both subjects were transferred into the custody of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office where they were booked into the Marin County Jail for the following charges:
211 PC – Robbery
459 PC – Burglary
242 PC – Battery
182 PC – Conspiracy
Both subjects are being held a the Marin County Jail on $50,000 bail.
